Aluminum Factory

Stainless Steel

Resistant to corrosion and staining, stainless steel is often used in kitchen appliances, cutlery, medical equipment, and architectural applications. It comes in various grades with different levels of corrosion resistance.

Aluminum

Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, aluminum is used in aerospace, automotive, and construction industries. It is also popular for its appearance in architectural applications and consumer products.

Brass

An alloy of copper and zinc, brass combines the corrosion resistance of copper with the machinability of zinc. It is often used in musical instruments, decorative items, and plumbing fixtures.

Galvanized Steel

Regular steel coated with a layer of zinc to enhance corrosion resistance. Galvanized steel is used in outdoor structures, roofing, and automotive parts.

Nickel Alloys

Fiber lasers are capable of cutting nickel alloys, which are commonly used in high-temperature and corrosive environments, such as aerospace and chemical processing industries.

Copper

Known for its excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, copper is used in electrical applications, roofing, and decorative elements. It develops a distinctive patina over time.

Zinc-Coated Steel

Zinc-coated steel sheets, whether galvanized or zinc annealed, can be processed efficiently with fiber lasers. These sheets are used in a variety of applications, including automotive and construction.

Mild Steel

Versatile and cost-effective, mild steel is commonly used in construction, automotive, and general manufacturing due to its ease of formability and weldability.

Titanium

With high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance, titanium is used in aerospace, medical implants, and high-performance applications. It is more expensive than other sheet metals.
